Access acknowledgment

Search and document lookup
Search and lot lookup run in your browser; no laboratory or search service is connected. Catalog search and filter choices appear in the page URL and may be included when you share it or request that address from the host. Lot numbers are not placed in the URL.
Accounts and payments
Your selection is stored on our server for up to 30 days and linked to an essential, HTTP-only cart cookie. We do not collect card details here. When you create an account, Supabase processes your email and manages sign-in and password recovery. An essential, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in. Payment processing and marketing messages remain disconnected. First-party statistical measurement runs automatically when enabled by the site owner, without an analytics popup. It measures page views, active viewing time, scroll depth, broad browser/device categories, country, traffic sources and shopping actions. We do not place analytics cookies, keep browser tracking identifiers in storage, or recognize you across return visits. Short-lived, random visit references exist only in the open page’s memory. Temporary per-visit records are converted to statistical summaries and removed during routine server processing; summaries are retained for 90 days. Private account/admin pages, search text, lot numbers, query strings, contact information and form contents are excluded. You can turn measurement off in Preferences. Earlier refusals, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Anonymous analytics statistics are separate from saved order requests, customer accounts and saved selections. The hosting service may process normal connection and request information.
Order requests
When you submit an order request, we save your name, email, phone, research organization or lab affiliation, shipping address, selected products, quantities, catalog prices, and acknowledgment wording and time. Authorized staff use these records to review and respond to your request. Submitting does not authorize marketing messages.
Requests are retained in our business records for review and follow-up; expiration of your browser’s cart cookie does not delete a submitted request. Customer contact and address details are accessible only to authorized staff. Contact us with questions about your information.
